Jennifer E. Devlin is Of Counsel to Hodges Walsh & Burke, LLP. Jennifer focuses her practice on all aspects of federal and state civil and criminal litigation. Jennifer previously worked as a Senior Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York. While an Assistant District Attorney, she tried numerous felony and misdemeanor jury trials and managed and presented hundreds of cases through all stages of prosecution – investigation, arraignment, grand jury, indictment, and trial preparation. She also worked as a trial assistant for the Special Victims Domestic Violence Bureau. Jennifer has been actively involved in volunteering for several organizations including as a religious youth education instructor, a board member for the home and school association, parent coordinator for a youth sports team, and a board member for a local YWCA program.
