George S. Hodges and Kelly A. Hodges served as Guest Lecturers at the Trial Practice Seminar of the Legal Department of Federal Express at the FedEx World Headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee. George and Kelly were invited to discuss the topic of deposing and cross-examining at trial plaintiff’s expert witnesses both on liability and damages. George S. Hodges and Kelly A. Hodges recently authored an article for the Defense Counsel Training Manual of the International Association of Defense Counsel. The article was entitled “Deposing Plaintiff’s Liability Expert” with an in-depth analysis of research and preparation for the deposition as well as the nuts and bolts of conducting same. The Defense Counsel Training Manual is a collection of articles authored by some of the most experienced trial counsel and includes useful information and tips for trial lawyers on handling every aspect of a case. |
