He has also handled matters in the New York State Court of Claims and in the New York Federal District Courts involving claims asserted against municipalities including constitutional violations; road defects; police misconduct; land use issues; cell tower placement; the Americans with Disabilities Act; age, sex and racial discrimination; and violations of the Clean Water Act.
